Kids Yoga and Mindfulness After School Classes
Yoga and mindfulness has shown to increase flexibility, coordination, body awareness, relaxation, compassion and self esteem in children. Twice a week your children will enjoy learning the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a fun and creative way! 30 minutes of yoga followed by 20 minutes of mindfulness lessons. T shirts and yoga mats are included. I will bring them to each class and at the end of the session your kids can take their own yoga mat home to continue to practice at home!
